Strength workouts in Hexis
TrainingPeaks' new structured strength workouts do not currently sync to other devices (including Hexis), so the structured workouts will not appear in your Hexis app. For this reason, in our winter group coaching program, there may be two strength workouts on your TrainingPeaks calendar for each strength day: a structured workout that you can work through as you perform the exercise and a non-structured one that contains the planned duration of your strength workout for the benefit of Hexis's fueling advice.
You can simply ignore the planned non-structured strength workout. If you'd like the completed workout to sync to Hexis, you can enter your completed duration in the non-structured workout (in either TrainingPeaks or Hexis) after you finish it; it won't make much difference in your fueling, probably only 100-200 calories.
If your strength workouts are not part of the winter group coaching program (for example, if you're doing our free transition training plan or one of our premade strength training plans), you can replicate this by creating a second strength workout on each day and adding the planned duration so that Hexis can read it.
