What to expect

Once you purchase, we will email you a link to schedule your virtual bike fit session. If you've done a MyVeloFit fit with your free trial, we'll ask for several of your MyVeloFit recordings so we can review them in advance to become familiar with your setup and information. Instructions are below for setting up your bike and camera for the session.

Here's how it works:

  • Purchase your virtual fit consult by clicking "Start Now" above.

  • We'll email you a link to schedule your consultation and share your MyVeloFit recordings (if you've done a MyVeloFit fit).

  • When it's time for the session, set up your bike on the trainer and camera with the instructions below.

  • Your fit coach will meet with you for about 45 minutes.

  • After the session, your fit coach will email you a summary report within 24-48 hours.

Feel free to use any road, triathlon, gravel, mountain, or connected bike such as a Zwift Ride, Kickr, Stages, etc.

How to prepare for the session

If you are doing a MyVeloFit free trial, go ahead and perform this before you schedule your virtual session.

When it's time for the consultation, set up your phone or device on a desk, chair, or other surface at approximately the height of your bike's saddle. The ideal distance between the camera and your bike is 2.5 meters (approximately 9 feet). This distance is measured from the side (profile) of the bike in line with the crank (pedal) center. The setup is very similar to MyVeloFit's recommended setup for the virtual bike fit; see the image below or click here for more details.

Please have the appropriate tools available to adjust your shoe cleats and your saddle if necessary. This is typically a hex key or allen wrench but may vary depending on your shoes and/or bike.

Customer Testimonials

Brian was extremely knowledgeable and a delight to work with. My mechanical skills are not so great but he was super patient with me as I tried to move my cleats on my shoes. We made a fairly significant change to my seat position and it feels really good. He also suggested that I get shorter cranks so I talked to my local bike fitter and he completely agrees. I am excited to see if I can increase my power after the seat adjustment and the new cranks. All thanks to Brian! Also I knew we would get along because he is a dog lover too! :)  - Shirley C.

An awesome experience. I felt heard and Lorri really cared. She helped identify issues that MyVeloFit was close on, but needed some additional work. I would recommend this service to anyone. Well worth it.   - Dennis W.

Brian did a great job providing feedback on my posture and pedal stroke. Currently I am working on reconciling Brian's recs with MyVeloFit. I would definitely recommend Brian to others.  - John K.
