Namrita Brooke, PhD, RD is a highly respected sports dietitian, exercise physiologist, and endurance coach with over fifteen years of experience helping athletes fuel smarter, train stronger, and perform at their best. She holds a PhD in Applied Exercise Physiology and a Master's in Nutrition, and she works with athletes ranging from dedicated recreational riders to elite professionals competing on the world stage.

 

Namrita leads the nutrition programming for BaseCamp and serves on scientific advisory boards for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics' Sports Nutrition Care Manual, Runner's World magazine, and Bicycling magazine. Her expertise blends cutting-edge science with practical strategies to support performance, recovery, and long-term health through personalized nutrition and coaching.
