Set up your Hexis profile
Once you've accepted your invitation to Hexis, you'll need to set up your profile in the app. If you haven't already downloaded the app, click here to download the Android app or click here to download the Apple app.
Open the app and sign in with your email address and password.
Follow the prompts to enter your date of birth, gender, preferred units of measurement, height, and weight.
Choose your weight goal: lose, maintain, or gain. If you're aiming for weight loss, please note that we recommend weight loss only in Cycles 1 and 2 of winter group coaching; we do not recommend losing weight during Cycles 3 and 4, as fatigue and workout intensity are higher, and your energy and recovery needs increase. Choose the workout pattern that corresponds to how many hours you typically train each week. It's better to err on the high side, so round up if necessary.
Choose your lifestyle pattern apart from your training: sedentary, lightly active, active, or pro athlete. Be honest here! We want Hexis's fueling to be accurate to you specifically, so the setting needs to be accurate, as well. Most of us will fall in the lightly-active category, but choose whatever category fits you best.
Choose your primary sport (cycling) and add up to three other favorite sports. If you're doing either of the BaseCamp strength programs, it's a great idea to add strength training as one of the options.
Additional settings (body fat, skinfolds, and sleep and wake times) can be found in your profile settings by tapping More at the bottom right of the Hexis home screen.
