Timing multiple workouts in a day

If you have multiple workouts on your TrainingPeaks calendar in one day, it is important to know that Hexis needs there to be at least five minutes before the end of one workout and the start of the next workout.


If a workout time has been set to start before the end of a previous workout, or less than five minutes after the end of a previous workout, Hexis will discard the second, overlapping workout. To fix this, edit the workout times in TrainingPeaks to allow a five-minute gap between the workouts, then pull down in the Hexis app to sync the changes.
