Set your meal schedules
It's simple to edit the timing and quantity of your meal and snack schedules each day of the week for your Hexis personalized nutrition plan. Do you eat at different times on certain days? Do you always eat a snack before bedtime? Customize your meal patterns in the app following these steps.
Tap the More menu at the bottom right corner of the Hexis app.
Tap the Personalized Nutrition section, then Edit Meal Pattern.
Edit each day of the week as you wish; you can change the name and time of each meal for each day of the week.
To copy a day's pattern to other days of the week, tap the "..." at the top of the meal list for that day, tap Copy Meal Pattern, and choose the days to copy the pattern to.
Add meals or snacks to any day by tapping the "..." at the top of the meal list for that day and tap Add New Meal.
Delete a meal or snack from any day by swiping that meal to the left, then tapping the Delete button that appears.
Duplicate any meal by swiping that meal to the left, then tapping the Copy button that appears.
Your daily nutrition targets and plans will adjust and recalculate automatically based on new meals or snacks added and any meals or snacks deleted.
